Course Information
Thursdays are the new Fridays at Truro Cookery School. Our Thursday evening classes are all about celebrating the end of the week with a friend, colleague, partner or relative! These classes are booked in pairs of tickets and are an opportunity to chat, cook, perfect your skills in the kitchen and meet other people.
A canapé and a glass of fizz or non-alcoholic equivalent will be served upon arrival. Next, in a ‘cook-along’ format, you’ll make a starter and main course to enjoy with a glass of wine. We will prepare the dessert so you can relax for the rest of the evening.
What will the menu be?
We change our recipes seasonally but the type of dishes you may enjoy are:
Canapé – Fava bean falafel with tahini and harissa
Starter – Muhammara and yoghurt flatbreads
Main – Chicken tagine with preserved lemons and olives with braised carrots with coriander and sumac
Dessert – Walnut, apricot and cardamom cake with cardamom chantilly
When – 7.15pm – 10.15pm
£150 for 2 people
