This half-term The Galley Gang joined us at Truro School Cookery to host an intense 2-week cookery skills course.
Students from across the USA and Canada joined The Galley Gang to learn new practical skills to take into their roles aboard super yachts.
The Galley Gang invited several skilled industry professionals into the kitchen including Chocolarder’s Mike Longman. Mike, a craft chocolate maker, who runs his eco-conscious business in Falmouth, hosted a Chocolate Making Masterclass for the group.
The Galley Gang join us twice a year, making use of our cookery school and accommodation facilities – all in the heart of Truro.
Our Leiths accredited Cookery School is available to hire, for groups to host courses and events, photography shoots, product launches, recipe testing, and taste sessions.
