We even include the recipe cards so you can recreate the menu at home.

How the evening goes….
Drinks are served from 7pm be it a cold beer or a glass of fizz and in this case maybe even a Scotch. At around 7:30pm Chef will demonstrate the ‘skill of the week’ – be it how to panfry a sensational sirloin, prep the loveliest lobster or stir fry the perfect Pad Thai. Then it’s over to you to have a go to ‘ready steady cook’ one of the dishes of the evening. £30 for an aperitif, three courses and a matched glass of wine, Friday Night at Truro School Cookery is the place to be. We even do the washing up! What’s not to like? Please feel free to ‘bring your own’ additional wine or beer.
