Friday Night is…. Lobster and bubbles

Celebrate the end of the week in style with lavish lobsters and sparkling wine. Learn how to cook and prep your own whole lobster and sit down for a relaxing diiner with friends.

Unwind after a week at work with drinks & dinner with a difference. Friday at 7pm at Truro School Cookery means a cold beer or cocktail, a two course meal with a matched glass of wine and the chance to try your hand at a classic culinary skill. We even include the recipe cards so you can recreate the menu at home.

Menu :

·         Lobster thermidor with herbed new potatoes and summer leaf salad

·         Lemon and raspberry tart with clotted cream

Drinks are served from 7pm be it a cold beer or a classy cocktail. At around 7:30pm Chef will demonstrate the skill of the week – be it how to panfry the perfect sirloin, roll the silkiest pasta or cook and prep the perfect lobster, then its over to you to have a go. For £25 per person we add accompaniments, desserts or cheese and a matched glass of wine. We even do the washing up! What’s not to like?
