If you want to perfect the art of wonderfully crumbly short-crust pastry, flaky, rough, puff and light but crisp choux, then this is the course for you! We will teach you the classics that maybe you’ve always struggled with so you can recreate them effortlessly at home, adding your own creative spin!
We change our recipes seasonally but the type of dishes you may cook are:
You’ll enjoy a hot drink and pastry upon arrival and get to know your fellow classmates.
The class will be a cookalong format with each element being demonstrated before you go on to cook each element yourselves.
You’ll enjoy lunch from the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine. And, most importantly, there will be food to take home to feed your family and friends!
