Let us help you celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with some hearty and warming food. While enjoying your evening you will also get involved learning to prep and cook scallops so you can repeat at home perfectly every time.

Unwind after a week at work with drinks & dinner with a difference. Friday at 7pm at Truro School Cookery means an aperitif, a three course meal with a matched glass of wine and the chance to try your hand at a classic culinary skill. We even include the recipe cards so you can recreate the menu at home. 

Menu:

Scallops with black pudding and colcannon

Slow cooked beef and Guinness stew

Baileys and coffee cheesecake

£30 for 3 courses

How the evening goes….

Drinks are served from 7pm be it a cold beer or a glass of fizz. At around 7:30pm Chef will demonstrate the ‘skill of the week’ – be it how to panfry a sensational sirloin, prep the loveliest lobster or stir fry the perfect Pad Thai. Then it’s over to you to have a go to ‘ready steady cook’ one of the dishes of the evening. £30 for an aperitif, three courses and a matched glass of wine, Friday Night at Truro School Cookery  is the place to be. We even do the washing up! What’s not to like? Please feel free to ‘bring your own’ additional wine or beer.

We will try our very best to adapt our menus for specific dietary requirements. However, details must be emailed at the time of booking to cookery@truroschool.com. Regrettably recipes and menus cannot be adapted on the day.
