Why not try something new this February? As we start the new year come and join us on our Friday Night is series as we educate you on some cracking vegan dishes. All meat is left at the door on this flavour filled evening.
Unwind after a week at work with drinks & dinner with a difference. Friday at 7pm at Truro School Cookery means an aperitif, a three course meal with a matched glass of wine and the chance to try your hand at a classic culinary skill. We even include the recipe cards so you can recreate the menu at home.

How the evening goes….
Drinks are served from 7pm be it a cold beer or a glass of fizz. At around 7:30pm Chef will demonstrate the ‘skill of the week’ – be it how to panfry a sensational cauliflower, prep the loveliest lettuce or stir fry the perfect bean sprouts. Then it’s over to you to have a go to ‘ready steady cook’ one of the dishes of the evening. £30 for an aperitif, three courses and a matched glass of wine, Friday Night at Truro School Cookery is the place to be. We even do the washing up! What’s not to like? Please feel free to ‘bring your own’ additional wine or beer.
