Ideally located in the heart of Truro, with parking, Truro School Cookery can host a range of bespoke courses, events and activities tailored-made to suit your requirements. Corporate team-building, hen parties, private dining, special birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, family get-togethers, days with a difference… whatever you would like to do, we can do it! We also have an accessible rise and fall worktop and disabled access toilets, so we are delighted to welcome guests in wheelchairs or with mobility difficulties. Younger guests (under 10 years) are also welcome by arrangement. If you have an idea and would like to talk it through, please email and we will be happy to help.

Maria is passionate about making Truro School Cookery accessible to all, especially those with mobility and coordination difficulties. She also believes, from personal experience, that cookery can be a very powerful and positive form of rehabilitation.

Pictured here with her mum Nina (her inspiration in the kitchen) who is modelling our fabulous rise and fall kitchen unit. Thanks to our accessible workspace, disabled access toilet and layout, as well as our adjacent flat carpark, Maria is looking forward to welcoming many more visitors like her mum to come and enjoy cooking again.
