We were pleased to welcome The Galley Gang over half term, who took over Truro School Cookery with a host of local professional chefs such as Malaysian speciality Chef Norman Musa.
Students have been working on a one day Malaysian cookery masterclass with Norman to produce some beautiful dishes – learning new skills to take with them on their journeys across the globe in the hospitality yachting industry.
Norman is an award winning Chef, teaching Malaysian & South-East Asian cuisines at the top cookery schools in the UK and Netherlands. He holds a number of accolades including Co-Creator of the Wagamama Chef Academy, Author, TV Host and Founder of the Asian Cookery Academy.
The Galley Gang join us twice a year, making use of our cookery school and accommodation facilities – all in the heart of Truro.
Our Leiths accredited Cookery School is available to hire, for groups to host courses and events, photography shoots, product launches, recipe testing, and taste sessions. Alongside our state-of-the-art cookery facilities, we also have on-site accommodation available. Please contact to enquire – [email protected]
