We are delighted to welcome Alan Rosenthal as our new ‘Head of Cookery’.
Alan has loved cooking ever since he was a teenager. After studying French and Spanish at university, he secured a Leiths diploma and launched his own food brand in supermarkets. He then went on to write three cookbooks, most recently Foolproof Veggie One-Pot, released in October 2022.
Alan has been a regular at Leiths School of Food and Wine for over 10 years, teaching his popular one pot class. He has also written for national magazines and newspapers.
