How the evening goes….

Sangria is served from 7pm with a light almond gazpacho to get your taste buds going. At around 7:30pm Chef will demonstrate the ‘skill of the week’ – be it how to panfry a sensational sirloin, prep the loveliest lobster or stir fry the perfect Pad Thai. Then it’s over to you to have a go to ‘ready steady cook’ one of the dishes. £30 for an aperitif, three courses and a matched glass of wine, Friday Night at Truro School Cookery  is the place to be. We even do the washing up! What’s not to like? Please feel free to ‘bring your own’ additional wine or beer.
