How the day goes….
Arrive at 10 am for some of Aj’s breakfast treats before donning your aprons and gathering around our large teaching island. Your cookery teacher will then demonstrate the first dish of the day, with overhead cameras capturing the finer details. Then it’s time for some hands-on cooking, as you head to your fully-equipped cooking bay where trays of pre-prepared ingredients will be waiting. Cooking will commence, with your teacher pausing the class at convenient times to demonstrate a new technique or the next dish.
Around 1 pm we will pop open some fizz for the ‘Big Chefs’ and some bubbles for the “Little Chefs’ while you enjoy one of your dishes for lunch.
After lunch, assemble all of your Cornish classics before finishing around 2 pm.
Drinks and snacks are provided throughout the day as well as aprons, tea towels and recipe cards. We also provide takeaway boxes, however, please feel free to help us reduce packaging waste by bringing your own reusable containers.
Recommended ages 8+ years
Onc ticket is for a ‘Big Chef’ and ‘Little Chef’ to spend the day cooking together. However, ‘Big Chefs’ on their own are also welcome.
Unfortunately, this course cannot be adapted to diary-free or gluten-free diets
Allergies – We will try our very best to adapt our menus for specific dietary requirements. However, details must be emailed at the time of booking to firstname.lastname@example.org. Regrettably, recipes and menus cannot be adapted on the day. Our cookery school is not a nut-free environment.
Cancellation Policy – You must notify email@example.com 10 full business days before your scheduled class to get a refund. You can transfer your seat to a different date or class if you notify us 5 full business days before your scheduled class. Any changes made within 5 full business days of the class cannot be accepted.
