A Taste of Spain

Friday Night is...

In our second year studying Creative Events Management at Falmouth University we are excited to be running this event, ‘A Taste of Spain’ alongside Truro School Cookery.

Let the Truro School Cookery Spanish food expert Manuel guide you through some tasty tapas before you learn how to cook Cornish hake to perfection. For this special event we will also be pairing all of your dishes with wines. This Friday Night…learn how to cook the perfect piece of fish with a Spanish twist.

Unwind after a week at work with drinks & dinner with a difference. Friday at 7pm at Truro School Cookery means a large glass of Sangria, a three course meal with a matched glass of wine and the chance to try your hand at a classic culinary skill. We even include the recipe cards so you can recreate the menu at home.
