Friday Night is...

Our Chef tutor Manuel spent a year learning from the best while travelling in Japan. Enjoy a flavour packed meal while learning some different cooking techniques. This Friday Night…get to grips with making and cooking gyoza (Japanese dumplings).

Unwind after a week at work with drinks & dinner with a difference. Friday at 7pm at Truro School Cookery means an aperitif, a three course meal with a matched glass of wine and the chance to try your hand at a classic culinary skill. We even include the recipe cards so you can recreate the menu at home.

How the evening goes….

Fizz is served from 7pm and at around 7:15pm Chef will demonstrate the ‘skill of the week’ – be it how to panfry a sensational sirloin, prep the loveliest lobster or stir fry the perfect Pad Thai. Then it’s over to you to have a go to ‘ready steady cook’ one of the dishes of the evening. £30 for an aperitif, three courses and a matched glass of wine, Friday Night at Truro School Cookery is the place to be. We even do the washing up! What’s not to like? Please feel free to ‘bring your own’ additional wine or beer.
